Privacy Policy TL;DR Your Rawk runs locally. We don't spy on you. We don't collect telemetry. We don't phone home. Your data stays on your device. 1. What Data We Collect From the website: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Used for analytics and debugging. Stored for 30 days. From purchases: Name, email, shipping address, payment info (processed by Stripe, not stored by us). Used to fulfill orders and send updates. From support emails: Whatever you tell us. Used to help you, then deleted after 90 days unless you ask us to keep records. 2. What Data We Don't Collect Your Rawk doesn't send us anything. No telemetry. No usage stats. No crash reports. No analytics. It doesn't "phone home" unless you explicitly configure it to (e.g., for remote updates). Your conversations with your AI stay on your device. Your files, configs, API keys, passwords — all local. We have no access and no interest in accessing them. 3. Third-Party Services When you use Rawk, you connect it to external services (AI APIs, messaging platforms, etc.). Read their policies. Use local models if you want full privacy. 4. Cookies Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality (session state, preferences). No tracking cookies. No ad networks. No third-party analytics. 5. Data Sharing We don't sell or share your data. Ever. The only exceptions: ++ Legal requirement: If compelled by law (subpoena, court order, etc.) ++ Service providers: Shipping carriers get your address. Payment processors get payment info. That's it. 6. Data Security Your Rawk is yours to secure. It's a Linux box with SSH access. Change the default password. Use key-based auth. Enable a firewall. Don't expose it to the public internet unless you know what you're doing. Our servers use industry-standard security (HTTPS, encrypted databases, limited access). But no system is perfect. Store sensitive data locally, not on our servers. 7. Your Rights You can request a copy of any data we have about you (probably just your order info). Email support@rawk.sh. Children's Privacy Rawk is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you're under 13, ask a parent to buy it for you. 9. International Users We're based in the USA. If you're in the EU, your data may be transferred to the US. By using our site, you consent to this. We comply with GDPR where applicable. 10.
